There are innumerable well-defined lytic lesions throughout the calvarium, involving the diploic space as well as the inner and outer tables of the skull.
Case Discussion
This patient passed away shortly after these images were obtained, therefore multiple myeloma was never confirmed; however, the raindrop skull appearance seen in these images is classic.
