Well defined cystic lesion with peripheral enhancement is seen in left sublingual space between mylohyoid muscle laterally and geniohyoid / genioglossus complex medially. Lesion is bulging into submandibular space inferiorly. Left submandibular gland is at posterolateral aspect of lesion.
