A well-defined fluid density lesion in the midline and right para-medline sublingual space extending to the right submandibular region measures 3.2 cm x 5.4 cm x 6.3 cm (in TR, AP, and CC diameters, respectively). No fat contents. No solid areas. No calcification. No adjacent bony destruction.

The features are suggestive of an uncomplicated ranula.
