Round, T1 hyperintense, non-enhancing lesion superior to the enhancing pituitary gland.
Dynamic coronal post-contrast T1 sequence images were obtained at 15 different time points with 6-second intervals.
Case Discussion
The MRI criteria are highly suggestive of Rathke cleft cyst.
