Download
Info

A 7 x 10 x 15 mm mass lesion perfectly located on the midline between both pituitary lobes
The mass displays isointense signal on T1 and homogenous hypointense on T2 weighted sequences with no evidence of obvious enhancement on postcontrast images
Minimal upward elevation of diaphragmatic sella and left side deviation of the pituitary stalk.
Case Discussion
Regarding the imaging findings, Rathke's cleft cyst with a T2 hypointense signal is highly suggestive.
