Six years ago reconstruction of the supraspinatus tendon. For about a year, functional limitation in abduction.

Full-thickness tear of the supraspinatus tendon in the insertional site, anteriorly, with contrast in the subacromial bursa associated with two centimeters of muscle belly retraction.
