Rounded solid, hypoechoic focus in the subcutaneous tissues deep to the region of interest measures 15 x 12 x 14 mm. It does not demonstrate any internal vascularity however there is gas present within the region. Sinus tract noted draining to the skin surface.
No drainable collection identified. No significant surrounding edematous change.
Multiple reactive lymph nodes imaged. Left level 2-4 carotid chain and parotid lymph nodes are not enlarged according to size criteria.
