Axial C- prone

Mild left hydroureter and periureteric fat stranding. A tiny stone is seen within the urinary bladder sitting against the anterior wall which is the expected dependent location given the patient is scanned in the prone position. Appearance is that of a recently passed left ureteric stone.
Case Discussion
Features of a recently passed left ureteric calculus with the stone seen sitting dependently against the anterior wall of the bladder in prone scan position. Mild left hydroureter and periureteric stranding confirms recent passage of the stone down the left ureter.
