Presentation

Constipation and abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years

A large irregular shaped ill defined soft tissue lesion is seen occupying the rectosigmoid colon, infiltrates the anterior rectal wall and invades the posterior uterine wall with development of a recto-uterine fistula as evident by air within the uterine cavity.
