Perianal pain and discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Non-ionic contrast material was injected through an external opening in the perianal region. Tract like opacification is noted reaching the rectum and the rectum is opacified with the contrast material.
