Non-ionic contrast material was injected through an external opening in the perianal region at 10 o'clock.
Tubular opacification is noted with a smooth outline reaching the rectum.
The rectum is opacified with the contrast material.
Case Discussion
The findings described above are in favor of rectocutaneous fistula.
