Two small cyst in noted at right hepatic lobe.
Polypoid wall thickening in favor of tumoral infiltration is noted at rectosigmoid junction. Fine stranding is presented at pericolic fat and there is a small lymphadenopathy at pericolic space.

Pathology proven rectosigmoid junction adenocarcinoma with small regional lymphadenopathy.
