A 20 mm nodule with rapid washout is present at right adrenal gland most consistent with benign adenoma.
Marked increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at rectosigmoid accompanied by surrounding fat stranding and several regional lymphadenopathies with SAD less than 13 mm. Fat plane between the mass and posterior aspect of uterus is obliterated and local invasion is suspected.
Case Discussion
Rectosigmoid mass; pathology proven adenocarcinoma, with suspected local invasion and regional lymphadenopathies.
