Rectovaginal fistula

Contrast administered per rectum and enters the upper vagina via a fistulous tract from the mid rectum at the level of the mid sacral segments.
Several gallstones are also observed at right upper quadrant.

Rectovaginal fistula in an elderly patient. Conventional fluoroscopic methods such as vaginography and barium enema study have been traditionally used for evaluation of colovaginal fistula.
