Two stones are seen in the right kidney measuring 6 and 3 mm. Additionally, at least three calculi are noted in the left kidney, measuring 7 mm, 5 mm and 3 mm.
An 18×5 mm fistulous formation is present between the distal rectum and vagina with resultant contrast filling of the vagina.

Rectovaginal fistula is considered the most common gastrointestinal fistula involving the female genital tract.
