Rectus sheath haematoma

Presents with abdominal pain, but no history of trauma. Her physical examination was non-specific with some right sided abdominal tenderness.

Gender: Female

Rectus sheath is expanded with heterogeneous haematoma.

Spontaneous rectus sheath haematoma with no predisposing factors and no medication use.
