Large heterogeneous mass anterior to the left rectus abdominis muscle. This mass is sharply defined and does not spread elsewhere. In the mass there is extravasation of contrast which is compatible with acute (arterial) bleeding.
Case Discussion
Findings are compatible with acute rectus sheath hematoma with active arterial bleeding.
