Left rectus sheath haematoma extending into the prevesical space.
Pseudoaneurysm within left rectus sheath (with inferior component filling at venous phase).
Ascites, irregular liver surface, extensive fatty change, and enlarged paraumbilical vein in keeping with cirrhosis.
