Postoperative changes are seen at the mid line pelvic wall due to a recent cesarian section. A 50×40×25 mm fluid accumulation is present in the right rectus muscle sheath, inferring hematoma.
Case Discussion
CT scan features of an abdominal wall hematoma centered on the right rectus abdominis muscle due to a recent cesarean section.
Rectus sheath hematoma is most common in its lower segment and is generally self-limiting.
