Presentation
Recurrent basal cell carcinoma in the skin and subdermal of the left lower lid and the cheek with a history of surgery on the left side maxillary sinus.
Patient Data

Infiltrative and ulcerative margin mass lesion in the left lower eyelid and adjacent cheek skin and subdermal tissues extended within related maxillary sinus walls and zygoma body and lateral canthus are seen. Pronounced extension of the mass within the left side infraorbital canal with the expansion of the canal is noted. The mass is also extended within the inferior margin of the nasal wall and encased in the left side lacrimal sac. Bone defect in the anterior wall of the left maxillary sinus is due to previous surgery.
Case Discussion
The case is pathology-proved pronounced extension of the recurrent basal cell carcinoma of the eyelid and cheek within the left side infraorbital canal and expansion of the canal compatible with the perineural spread of the tumor.
