Reflux-related esophageal stricture

There is persistent circumferential narrowing in the distal esophagus above the gastroesophageal junction. It is mostly smoothly tapered but with some possible shouldering posteriorly. The stricture is above a small hiatal hernia.
Case Discussion
The fluoroscopy findings of distal stricture was confirmed on upper endoscopy. The biopsy results yielded no dysplasia or malignant cells.
