Axial C+ arterial phase
Thickened cartilaginous portion of the trachea and major bronchi with marked narrowing.
Stable on steroids and azathioprine.
Diagnosis of relapsing polychondritis is made by a combination of clinical features, lab results and histology of the auricular cartilage.
