Right flank pain with turbid burning urination

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male

CT abdomen

Thick walled upper polar cystic lesion of average 3x3 cm surrounded by hypoattenuated renal parenchyma .

Thickening of the Gerota's fascia is noted.

Case Discussion

Histopathologically confirmed to be Brucella abscess.
