Significant regular tapering of the proximal portion of celiac artery probably due to median arcuate ligament pressure. Distal portion of celiac artery has a normal diameter and fills adequately.

Severe narrowing (near occlusion) of the right renal artery with adequate distal runoff; associated atrophy of the right kidney, indicating secondary end-stage changes.
