Renal angiomyolipoma
Axial liver window
Single portal venous contrast-enhanced CT image of the right kidney demonstrating a cortical defect of much lower density than water, similar to retroperitoneal fat, distinguishing it from a cortical cyst. The features are those of an incidental angiomyolipoma.
