Left kidney:
Hypodense exophytic lesion on the lateral surface measuring 2.4 x 1.2 x 2.1 cm, displaying internal vascularity.
Simple cortical cyst in lower pole 14 mm in diameter.
Tiny hypodense intraparenchymal lesion, most probably a parapelvic cyst.
Small hypodense area in hepatic segment 4a, most probably focal fatty change.

Exophytic hyperechoic vascular lesion corresponding to the lesion on CT, most probably an angiomyolipoma.
Case Discussion
An incidental vascular renal lesion on CT was shown at ultrasonography to be homogeneously hyperechoic, compatible with an lipid-poor angiomyolipoma.
