A 20×17 mm well defined fat containing mass is present at the lateral aspect of the right kidney, most consistent with angiomyolipoma. 

Case Discussion

The right renal fat-containing mass is most consistent with angiomyolipoma, which is considered the most common benign solid renal lesion and the most common fat-containing lesions of the kidneys
