Presentation
Work up for left flank pain.
Patient Data

Two fat containing masses are seen at the left kidney measuring 60 × 33 mm located at the mid portion and 72 × 54 mm located at the upper pole. After contrast media administration, both of them show inhomogeneous enhancement. No sign of bleeding and perinephric hematoma could be noted in the current study.
The uterus contains several fibroids less than 25 mm.
Case Discussion
Left renal fat containing masses; most consistent with angiomyolipoma which is the most common benign solid renal lesion and also the most common fat-containing lesions of the kidneys, encountered both sporadically (80%) and as part of a phakomatosis (20%), most commonly tuberous sclerosis.
