Upper abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Two right and one left saccular renal artery aneurysms. No other abnormality. 

Case Discussion

These were incidental findings. Renal artery aneurysms can often be multiple and are bilateral in ~20% of cases.
