Presentation

Severe hypertension of 250/200 mmHg refractory to medical tretament. Unilateral small right kidney on B-mode ultrasound.

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

CE-MRA showed a high-grade stenosis of the proximal right renal artery. The right kidney was markedly smaller but smoothly marginated. Parenchymal enhancement of the right kidney was delayed.
