Renal carcinoma metastasis

Elbow pain. No trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Permeative lesion in the proximal radius. No fracture. Normal alignment.

Severe elbow pain following a fall.


Pathological fracture through the proximal radial lesion.


Pathological fracture through a bone metastasis in the proximal right radius.

Case Discussion

The lytic bone metastasis was subsequently found to be from a renal cell carcinoma.
