Hematuria and flank pain

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

A large enhancing mass arising from the right kidney is demonstrated. The mass shows central necrotic areas as well as increased vascularity. Regional lymphadenopathy is noted. There is a colostomy from previous surgery for colorectal cancer.
