Abdominal pain, haematuria

Patient Data

Age: 50
Gender: Male

CT abdomen

Computed tomography show a mass in the upper pole of the left kidney that enhances with contrast at the periphery, areas of central necrosis and with tumour thrombus is extending into the left renal vein. One hypervascular lesion is also displayed in the body of the pancreas.
