A 15 mm rounded mass in the middle left renal parenchyma shows enhancement less than normal adjacent parenchyma. A few subcentrimeter cysts are also visible in both kidneys.
Case Discussion
Left renal mass; path proven small left renal cell carcinoma, which is primary malignant adenocarcinomas derived from the renal tubular epithelium and are the most common malignant renal tumor.
