There is a 70 × 58 × 50 mm heterogeneously enhancing exophytic mass in the right kidney upper pole, accompanied by mild perirenal fat stranding. There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures and no vascular extension.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent right nephrectomy and histopathology confirms clear cell renal carcinoma which is the most common malignant renal tumor.
