An isodense mass was seen in lower pole of left kidney. After IV contrast media, its peripheral portions enhance considerably, but its central portions remain unenhanced. In addition, it shows rapid washout on delayed phase images.
Case Discussion
Left renal mass ; pathology proven clear cell renal cell carcinoma which is is the most common type of renal cell carcinoma.
No vascular involvement, no regional lymphadenopathy, and no metastasis.
