Left lower pole mass on CT, suggestive of an RCC.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female

Large well defined lobulated mass in the lower pole of the kidney, with internal haemorrhage.

Clear margin from partial nephrectomy.

Diagnosis: renal cell carcinoma
