Multifocal hypervascular left renal masses, hypervascular pancreatic mass lesion and right adrenal hyperenhancing lesion. Multiple pulmonary nodules are noted.

Follow-up examination demonstrates multiple hypervascular secondaries involving the pancreas, ipsilateral adrenal, contralateral kidney, and lungs.
