An 80 × 70 × 65 mm partially exophytic cystic lesion is present at the lateral aspect of the left kidney which shows enhancing solid component and several small foci of calcifications (Bosniak category IV). There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures and no regional lymphadenopathy. Mild degenerative changes as osteophytes are seen at the lumbar spine.
