Renal cyst - Bosniak class IV

A 22 mm cyst was seen in upper pole of right kidney. After IV contrast media, abnormal enhancement was noted within as peripheral nodule and internal septa compatible with Bosniak class IV.
Several tiny stones less than 3 mm in diameters were seen in both renal calyces.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent mass resection and histopathology evaluation confirms renal cell carcinoma (clear cell subtype).
