Renal cyst - Bosniak class IV

A 30×25 mm cystic lesion with thick enhancing walls and septations and some foci of calcifications is seen at the upper pole of the right kidney. A 10 mm eccentric enhancing nodule is also observed at the lateral aspect of the lesion.
Case Discussion
The right renal exophytic hyperdense cyst with a 10 mm enhancing eccentric soft tissue component, compatible with Bosniak class IV lesion (version 2019).
