Tiny renal concretions are seen in both kidneys.

Left ureter and pelvicalyceal system appear normal.

Normal nephrographic density of both kidneys is seen. No obvious excretion of contrast is seen in right ureter.

Urinary bladder is distended with no obvious wall thickening/lesion.

Prostate and seminal vesicles are unremarkable.

Case Discussion

Irregularity of calyces in upper pole of right kidney with leakage of contrast into
perinephric, hepatorenal space consistent withn forniceal/calyceal rupture. This is likely secondary to right ureteric calculus.
