Presentation

Acute left flank pain in a patient with angiomyolipoma.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Left renal hematoma with extension to perirenal space, mild peripheral enhancement is noted in post-contrast images.

Case Discussion

Acute bleeding in this patient with previous history of left renal angiomyolipoma is the cause of perirenal hematoma.
