Yemenian patient with known hydatid disease, complained from right flank and abdominal pain.

Case Discussion

Renal hydatid infection is extremely rare and is seen in less than 5% of patients with hydatid disease.

Clinical manifestations are variable, and have polymorph symptomatology which is rarely specific

The irregular right renal calcified cyst was proved incidentally to be a part of hydatid disease.
