CT demonstrates hypodensity of the posterosuperior part of the right kidney. Cortical rim sign is obvious on renal cortical phase. On non contrast images the right kidney appears normal.
Case Discussion
The patient had an ultrasound and non contrast CT and both were inconclusive.
