Renal milk of calcium cyst

There is a cystic lesion with hyperdense material in dependent portion in mid pole of right kidney which is seen on abdominal ultrasound as well (images are not shown).
Left kidney appears unremarkable.
Rest of the visualized viscera are within normal limits..

CT features are consistent with renal milk of calcium cyst as described above.
