Large calculus coronal width up to 20 x 15 mm within right kidney pelvis with hydronephrosis upstream is seen. Another calculus up to 3 mm in right side UVJ with hydroureter upstream is also seen. Multiple small phleboliths in the pelvic cavity are seen. Well-defined fat-containing cystic focus with a size up to 20 x 18 mm in the left adnexa containing a small calcified focus on its wall is also seen which is more compatible with a dermoid cyst. Right side curve scoliosis is noted.

Case Discussion

The case illustrates impacted renal pelvis calculus with hydronephrosis upstream and incidentally found a dermoid cyst in the left adnexa. Renal pelvis calculus can lead to renal dysfunction especially when is associated with UVJ calculus if not properly managed.
