Huge mass in the right upper abdomen situated between the liver and kidney.

Large mass lesion in the right upper abdomen. The claw sign confirms that the mass arises from the right kidney and top of the differential is Wilm's tumour.
Case Discussion
The mass was biopsied and the diagnosis confirmed as a renal rhabdoid tumour rather than Wilm's.
