Fluid-density cysts closely abutting both pelvis and infundibula. Stretched and displaced of both pelvicalyceal systems noted.

Case Discussion

Renal sinus cysts are best diagnosed with contrast-enhanced CT (CT urography) that delineated these cysts from the pelvicalyceal system and shows their mass effect upon. On a noncontrast CT scan or ultrasonography, They can be confused with hydronephrosis.
