Renal sinus lipomatosis

There is excess fat seen at the right renal sinus associated with relative thinning of the renal parenchyma when compared to the contra-lateral side.
Small stone is seen at the urethra associated with mild hydroureteronephrosis on the right side. A tiny dense calcification is seen at the left kidney as well as bilateral small renal cyst.
Prostate calcification is seen associated with mild gland enlargement. Also noted small calcification along the penial tunica albuginea.
Case Discussion
Renal sinus lipomatosis represents abundant fat at the renal sinus that could be due to renal parenchymal atrophy or associated with urinary tract stones as seen in this case.
